  2. If I am willing to take custody of my son, even then do I have to give and allowance for taking care of my son to my ex-wife?
  3. Is my ex-wife entitled to any portion from my property now and in the future?

Answer

  1. You are not required to pay your wife for keeping the child in her care, particularly if she is unjustly holding the child back from you.

  3. She is not entitled to any portion of your property at this stage nor in the future. She is estranged from you due to the divorce and will therefore be treated as a stranger.
