Question

Can a Musaafir omit the Sunnah Salaah while on journey?

Answer

Sunnah Salaah should not be unduly missed during a journey.

However, if the Musaafir is in a hurry then, apart from the Sunnah of Fajr, it will be permissible for him to omit the other Sunnah Salaahs. If he is not in a hurry, nor does he fear his companions leaving him behind, or he has settled down, then he should offer all the Sunnah Salaahs.
