Being Assisted In Performing Wudhu

If a person is paralysed and unable to wash his feet in Wudhu or make Masah on his feet, can another person make Masah and wash his feet?

If a person is unable to wash any part of the body in Wudhu due to sickness or any other Shar’ee reason then he is allowed to seek assistance from anyone.
