Question
In 2005 we ran an online seerah course. People who subscribed to this paid a fee of R___ for the course. The course provided access to a website which contained information on Seerah which we compiled. Subscribers were also offered online support via email and cellular contact with the compiler of the course. Was this permissible? If not should we give the money earned from this out as sadaqah?
Answer
