Question
If one performs Umrah, did not make Halaq and thereafter without coming out of Ihraam he performs another Umrah, will there be a penalty?
Answer
Yes, a Damm will be applicable for combining two Umrahs (in one Ihraam.)
If a person after completing the Sa’ee of the first Umrah, before removing his hair, ties the Ihraam of a second Umrah, the second Umrah becomes obligatory upon him, and neither of the Umrahs should be discarded, meaning both should be completed. However, a Damm will be obligatory for combining both the Umrahs in one Ihraam.
The hair should only be removed after completion of the second Umrah to avoid a further Damm being applicable
