I have recently heard that it is sunnah to eat a pinch of salt before meals is this correct?
In Ahsanul Fatawa, Mufti Rashid Ahmed (Rahmatullahi alaih) mentions: To consume a pinch of salt before meals is not from the Sunnah of our beloved Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).
