What is the ruling of eating without a topee and a female without a scarf?

Answer
To eat bare headed is Khilafe Awla (undesirable), and it is proven from a Hadith. A Sahabi narrated that he ate with Rasulullah H and he saw a white Topee placed on the center of His blessed head.
