Question
If you wear a necklace with Allah written on the pendant or ayatul kursi written on it then what should you do when you enter the restroom? Do you have to take it off?
Answer
It is not permissible to enter the restroom with a necklace or pendant that has the name of Allah or the Ayaat of the Quraan. It should be removed before entering.1 The best is to leave it outside if it’s a safe place like’s one’s own home, if not then you should put it in your pocket.
