What rights do the heirs of the Marhoom have in a partnership if any?
The heirs of the Marhoom (in a Shirkat-e-Milk) enjoy the same privileges and rights as the remaining partners in terms of profits, company benefits, until they (the heirs) are paid out their shares from the existing company business.
