Question

Is it okay to appoint someone as Imaam who hardly performs Salaah with jamaat when it’s not his turn to make Imaamat? 

Answer

It is Makrooh e Tahrimi to appoint such a person as an Imaam who has a habit of not performing Salaah with Jamaat.
