Haidh Before Or During The State Of Ihraam

A woman whose menses begin before entering into Ihraam will make Ghusal, make Niyyah of Haj/Umrah, recite Takbeer and enter into Ihraam. She will not perform the two Rakaat of Ihraam. She will remain in the state of Ihraam without performing Umrah, once her menses terminates only then will she proceed to perform her Umrah. 

The same ruling will apply in the scenario where a woman’s menses begins after wearing Ihraam and before performing Umrah, i.e. she will remain in the condition of Ihraam and only perform Umrah once her menses terminates.
