Question
A girl is not allowed to fast on the days of Haidh, meaning the 60 days of Kaffarah will not be consecutive. Please elaborate.
Answer
In the enquired case, experiencing Haiz/menses does not contradict and affect the consecutiveness of the 60 fasts of Kaffarah; therefore, as soon as the period ceases, she should immediately resume fasting and if she fails to fast for a day after the period has ceased, she will be obliged to start over her 60 fasts.
