What will the ruling be with regard to the Imaamat of a Ma’zoor person?

Answer

It is incorrect for a Ma’zoor person to make Imaamat of people that are not categorized as Ma’zoor.

Yes, a Ma’zoor may lead another Ma’zoor in Salaah as long as they are afflicted with the same illness/problem. If both the Ma’zoors are suffering from different illnesses/problems, it will not be correct for one to follow the other in Salaah.
