Question
If a kaafir marry the daugther of his previous wife, and then subsequently embraces islam, will that marraige be correct?
Answer
Islam does not allow a father to marry his own daughter or the daughter of his previous wife that she conceived from another husband.[i] Therefore, if a Kaafir marries the daughter of his previous wife and then embraces Islam, both have to be separated with immediate effect as it was not permissible for them to get married to each other.
