Question
Can a person give his property on rent to a non-Muslim who is going to sell only chicken fillets not pork or alcohol, but the chicken fillets that his going to sell is haraam chicken?
Answer
If the tenant explicitly mentions that he will be selling Haram chicken in the shop, then it will not be permissible to give him the shop on rent. If he is opening a supermarket in which the majority of his products are going to be Halal, then it will be permissible to give him the shop on rent
