Removing The Khuff After Performing Wudhu

A person makes Wudhu, wears the Mozas and then removes it and then puts it on again (maybe to wear sock with the Mozas or for some other reason).

Would removing and then wearing the Mozas again, without the Wudhu be breaking be in order?

Or should a person redo the wudhu , or wash the feet again?

Yes, the removing of the mozahs and wearing it again is in order as long as you were with Wudhu when doing this.

The condition for the validity of making masah on mozahs in Wudhu is that it should be worn when one has made Wudhu (wherein the feet were washed) and after which none of the factors that break Wudhu were found.
