Question
If a boy is close to the age of Buloogh (puberty) , will he suffice as a mahram for travelling?
Answer
It will be permissible for a woman to travel with her Mahram even though the Mahram is not Baaligh provided he is a Muraahiq/Qareebul-Buloogh by being at least 12 years of age.
