Appointment Of An Imaam Who Is not Punctual For Salaah With Jamaat

Question

Is it fine to appoint someone as imaam who hardly performs salaah with jamaat when it’s not his turn to make imaamat?

Answer

It is Makrooh e Tahrimi to appoint such a person as an Imaam who has a habit of not performing Salaah with Jamaat.
