Performing Salaah With clothes Soiled With A Baby’s Vomit

Question

If my baby vomits on me can I read salah with n that clothes

Answer

If the baby vomited a mouthful, then the vomit is Al-Najasah Al-Ghalizah (extremely impure). Thus, if this vomit is equal to the amount of a Dirham (area equal to the recess of the palm; approximately the size of a R5 coin) or more, then Salaah in the same clothes is not permissible until the vomit’s corporeal form is not completely washed off from the clothes. If it is less than the amount of a Dirham, then it is permissible to pray in it; however, it is still preferable to wash off even this small amount before praying with those clothes.
