Bone China - Darul Ifta - Darul Uloom Azaadville

Kindly advise if Bone China Dishware are allowed to be used?

‘Bone China’ is a type of porcelain that is composed of bone ash. There is no harm or problem in utilising such dishware.

ولا بأس ببيع عظام الميتة وعصبها وصوفها وقرنها وشعرها ووبرها والانتفاع بذلك كله لانها طاهرة لا يحلها الموت لعدم الحياة (الهداية ص ٥٥ ج٣)

وأما عظم الميتة وعصبها وشغرها وصوفها ووبررها وريشها وخفها وظلفها وحافرها فيجوز بيغها والانتفاغ بها عندنا (بدائع ص ١٤٢ ج٥)
