It is permissible for a woman to remove undesirable hair (any hair besides her eyebrows and the hair on her head) from her body using laser, provided that it does not cause harm to one’s body. However, it must be kept in mind that she may not expose her arms and legs to anyone from the opposite gender besides her Mahram and husband.
It is not permissible to expose her satar (private parts) to even a person from the same gender.
