Question
I have travelled from A to B (my sisters house) without the niyyah of being a musaafir and then we decided to go to C(i.e now i passed the distance which qualifies me as a Musaafir) and when we were at C zuhr time I read Zuhr as a Musaafir Do I have to repeat my Salaah.
Answer
Your initial journey was from A to B, which we assume is not Musaafir distance. B was set as your final destination when departing from A and not C. You then travelled from B to C with C being your final destination. If the distance between B and C is of Safr distance or more (i.e. 77 km’s or more) then you will be considered as Musafir in C. However, if the travel distance between B and C was less than 77km’s then you will not be a Musaafir in C and will be required to read full Salaah.
In short, you should check the distance between B and c to determine whether you qualify as a Musaafir or not. If not, then you should repeat your Zuhr Salaah.
